Step 1 · The floor
First, we mark out the floor.
Every build starts with a measured plan of the venue, whether it's Landmark, Eko Hotel or Balmoral. Then the stage deck goes down, level and skirted, with the aisle and seating block taped out around it.
Step 2 · The rig
Then the rig goes up.
Aluminium truss carries the lights, the line arrays and the entrance gantry. Our own crew rigs it, and it's load-checked and signed off before doors open.
Step 3 · The branding
Every surface carries the brand.
LED wall, scenic flats, lectern, gantry header, totems and media wall. All designed to your brand guidelines and built in our Ikeja workshop, so the colours read right on camera.
Step 4 · The lights
Lights, done properly.
Washes for the keynote, beams for the reveal, uplighting on the set. A lighting designer runs the cues live, from walk-in to the last award.
Step 5 · The activation
Then the room fills in.
Theatre seating, the brand booth with product plinths, high tables for networking, a step-and-repeat for the press and a riser for the camera team.
Step 6 · Showtime
And then, showtime.
Your guests walk into a finished room. We hold the run of show, cue every segment, and strike the hall when it's over.
